We want you to love your saree. This policy covers returns, refunds, and shipping for orders placed on Glossy Silks and delivered anywhere in India.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka. Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.

Delivery times depend on your location and courier partner. Remote areas in South India and other regions may require additional days.

Eligible items may be returned within the window stated on the product page, provided they are unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Customised, altered, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
